About Mary Larson

Mary Larson is a systems and process consultant specializing in operational strategy for nanny and staffing agencies. She helps agencies build clarity, strengthen operations, and create workflows that support sustainable growth.

With nearly a decade of experience working alongside nanny agencies and additional years supporting staffing firms, Mary understands the operational challenges agencies face as they grow. From client and candidate workflows to automation, communication, and system optimization, she focuses on creating practical solutions that improve efficiency while creating a better experience for agency owners, clients, and candidates.

She also brings more than seven years of hands on experience working inside staffing and CRM software platforms, helping agencies move beyond simply using their systems to fully leveraging them. Her experience includes workflow design, automation, reporting, onboarding, client and candidate experiences, and operational strategy.

Mary works across a variety of software platforms so she can recommend solutions based on each agency's goals instead of being limited to one system. She has experience with Enginehire, iCIMS, HubSpot, NannyLogic, Sittysites, Aaniie, Dubsado, Airtable, and other business management and CRM platforms. She genuinely loves learning new software, exploring new features, and staying current as technology continues to evolve. She also values building strong relationships with software companies and industry leaders, allowing her to stay connected to new ideas, best practices, and innovations that benefit her clients.

Her approach is grounded in real world experience. Every recommendation is designed to reduce friction, eliminate inefficiencies, improve communication, and create systems that are easier to manage as an agency grows. She believes great systems should support people, not slow them down.

Based in Montana, Mary is a wife and mom to her young son. After getting married, she and her husband moved several times during his military service before returning home to Montana when he transitioned to the National Guard. Today they enjoy raising their family in the place they both love.

Outside of work, Mary enjoys spending time with her family, being outdoors, cooking, fishing, hiking, camping, and working in the yard. She also loves organizing and creating efficient systems in everyday life. Whether she is learning something new, building meaningful relationships, or helping agencies solve complex challenges, she is always looking for ways to continue growing both personally and professionally.
